How ICT SCAN ® works

• The ICT SCAN ® audit and assessment methodology is based on information obtained from your company or organization via a questionnaire.

• This questionnaire has to be filled out by competent people in your company or organization.

• The questions are related to different corporate sections:

        - Corporate activities and objectives

        - Organization

        - Corporate locations

       - Financial Statements

        - Information flows

       - ICT environment(s)

        - ICT personnel

        - Miscellaneous information

         For reasons of  "easy-use", all the questions of the questionnaire are based on 

         MS Excel and MS Word.

         The questionnaire is accompanied by the "End User" software program to guide you 

         through the questions of the different sections, including necessary "Help" functions.

• The result of the ICT SCAN® is the ICT SCAN® Report
